This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform visitors of www.aybaambalaj.com and users of our contact form.

- Contact form: Full name, company name, email address, phone number, the product you are interested in and any information you share in your message.
- Analytics cookies (only with your consent): Online usage data such as pages visited, visit duration, device and browser information, approximate location and a truncated IP address.
- Cookie preference: Whether you accepted or rejected cookies, stored only in your browser.
3. Purposes of Processing
- To receive, evaluate and respond to your quote and information requests,
- To carry out communication regarding our products and services,
- With your consent, to statistically analyse website usage and improve our content and user experience,
- To ensure information security and fulfil our legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds
Data collected through the contact form is processed on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and necessary for our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). Data collected through analytics cookies is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the following service providers:
- Web3Forms: The form service used to deliver contact form messages to our email address.
- Google (Google Analytics): Only with your consent, to analyse website usage.
- Google Fonts: Your IP address is sent to Google when fonts are loaded to display pages correctly.
As the servers of these providers may be located abroad, transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions of KVKK Article 9. Your data may also be shared with legally authorised public authorities upon request.
6. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form and cookies on our website, by partially or fully automated means.
7. Retention Period
Data submitted through the contact form is kept until your request is concluded and for the periods required by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Analytics data is deleted automatically at the end of the retention period set in Google Analytics (maximum 14 months).
8. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser by the websites you visit. The cookies and similar technologies used on our website are:

9. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
- Request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
10. How to Apply
You can submit your requests in writing, together with information identifying you, to our address above or by email to info@aybaambalaj.com. Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
